Water Baptism is the first and most important sacrament in a Christian’s life. Scripture tells us that we must be born of water and the Spirit to enter the Kingdom of God (John 3:5).
Baptism is Christ’s command and the apostles’ teaching. It is the burial of the old self and the beginning of a new life in Jesus Christ. It is a sign of the New Covenant that a person enters into.
